Plunge Kantha Stitch - Indian Cotton

A cobalt blue on blue Kantha stitched cotton. Kantha is a simple hand stitched line, a very traditional Indian technique.

Indian handlooms are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave due tho their handmade natures, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.

For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
