These pins are my own personal preference for garment and patchwork sewing. I still like pinning down a paper pattern for cutting out and find that these are just the right length and width for most jobs and sharper than cheaper brands. The glass heads mean that there can be no melted pin incidents if you are as clumsy and impatient with the iron as I am!
