This Indian handloom fabric is delicate and lightweight and would work for tops, dresses and looser fitting trousers or shorts. Indian cloths are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.

Do pre wash your fabric before sewing as a small amount of shrinkage may occur. For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.

Fabric is sold by the half metre. For example, if you would like to order 1 metre, please add "2" to your basket, or if you'd like 1.5 metres add "3".
